Bandhavgarh and Kanha Tour for 11 days/10 nights. Bandhavgarh is the best park for wild Bengal Tigers. Kanha is a much bigger park where all the animals of jungle book come to life. Kanha also has the rare hardground barasingha and a huge variety of mammals and birds. This tour is also accompanied by a wildlife photographer. The stay is in comfortably air-conditioned Deluxe Resorts. Intended to experience the Indian Jungle and see the maximum variety of animals.

Itinerary of Bandhavgarh and Kanha Tour
- Day 1 – Pickup from Jabalpur airport/hotel in morning. We will travel by road (approx 3-4 hrs) to Bandhavgarh and Check-in at the resort by noon. After lunch, we will go on our first Evening Game Drive inside Bandhavgarh park.
- Day 2,3,4,5 – Everyday we will do Morning and Evening Game Drives inside the park.
- Day 6 – We will do our Morning Game Drive. After Breakfast, we will Drive from Bandhavgarh to Kanha (approx 5 hrs) with packed lunch. Will try to reach Resort at Kanha before evening. Have Dinner and rest at night for an early morning safari inside Kanha.
- Day 7,8,9,10 – We will do our Morning and Evening Game Drives inside the park.
- Day 11 – On our last day, we will do Morning Game Drive. After Breakfast, we check-out and drive back to Jabalpur. The Tour ends at our designated point in Jabalpur.

Full Day Safari Permit for Photography
Full Day Safari Permit for Photography (not included) is available in Bandhavgarh and Kanha National Park. This is a special permit for photography in addition to the regular morning and afternoon safari permits.
These permits allow a maximum of 5 jeeps to stay inside the forest from sunrise to sunset and have zone-free access across the entire park.
Full-day safari permits are more expensive than regular safari permits, If feasible, it is recommended to consider booking a few full-day safari permits to maximize opportunities of Tiger Photography.

The cost of the Full-day photography permit in Bandhavgarh and Kanha National Park is approx 90000/- INR per day.
(The above fees is for foreigners. Indian may have a slightly less cost. This may be changed by the forest dept anytime).

Additional Info
Wildlife Photography Tour at Bandhavgarh and Kanha, is designed for outstanding wildlife watching & photography experience.
The first part of the tour to Bandhavgarh will focus on Tigers. Although wildlife sightings especially tiger sightings can never be guaranteed, Bandhavgarh has been very good so far on our tours with respect to tiger sightings.
The second part of the tour to Kanha will also have tigers on the list but we will also look for other wildlife like the rare hard ground swamp deer (barasingha), Gaurs (wild oxen locally called as Indian bisons), dholes (wild dogs), jackals, jungle cats and birds including raptors and owls.
January is the rutting season of the Barasinghas, so there are very good chances to photograph displaying males during this time.
Expected Wildlife
Bengal Tiger, Hard-ground Swamp Deer (Barasingha), Spotted deer, Sambar deer, Gaur (wild oxen known as Indian Bison), Jackal, Langur Monkey, Rhesus Macaque Monkey.
Sloth Bear, Leopard, Jungle Cat are elusive and rare however still possible.
These parks have recorded around 200 plus species of birds including Raptors/Birds of Prey, King fishers, Owls etc.

Our Photography Tour is Designed for an outstanding wildlife watching & photography experience.
All our tours operate at an Easy pace that we believe is necessary for good wildlife watching and photography. Thus we give more time at each place, instead of hopping around from place to place. Wildlife in our experience requires time and patience.
Each tour itinerary is simple and needs minimum travel outside the forest. We spend the maximum time possible on safari watching and photographing wildlife.

Private Guided Tour
All our tours (unless mentioned) are private guided tours with a very tiny group of nature lovers. The average group size is usually 2 or 3 people and not more than 4.

Best Time For Wildlife
We understand that the Best possible time to watch & photograph wildlife is the early mornings and late evenings when animal activity is at its highest, and the soft golden light creates great images. Hence, we enter the forest as soon as the park gates open in the morning and stay late in the evening before the park gate closes.
Safari Timings vary in each park depending on the seasons and the park officials. The morning safari starts around sunrise or earlier and the afternoon safari ends around sunset.
What To Expect
In the parks, there are two safaris or game drives in each day. One in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Also, we book the best zones/areas of the park to maximize our chances.
This will give plenty of opportunities to watch & photograph a lot of animals in the park.

How To Reach?
All our tours are close to an Airport and railway station. Most of them have daily flights/trains from Delhi/Mumbai.

From Delhi/Mumbai, you can take the overnight train or Flight to Jabalpur.
